Senior Portraits for Guys | Mansfield TX Senior Photographer

I seem to get an inordinate amount of guys who come to me to have their senior portraits made.  I’ve found that high school guys don’t always look forward to senior portraits near as much as their female counterparts.

Mostly, I think guys are just apprehensive about having formal pictures made of themselves doing anything that looks ridiculous.  And aren’t we all?

My guys are usually on board once I start to toss around a few ideas about how their senior portrait session will actually look.  I want them to be true to themselves, have fun and let some personality come through.

I promise I won’t make you sit awkwardly in the grass, stand like a goof or do anything that looks…well, stupid.

From the looks of it, many photographers seem unsure of what to do with senior portraits for guys.

The answer is simple--let them be guys!
