Fort Worth Family at the Botanic Garden
This was a busy spring day at the Fort Worth Botanic Garden. It would be an understatement to say that I wasn’t the only family photographer who had decided to do a photo session on this particular afternoon. However, to my advantage, I was the only photographer hanging out with the Francis family.
I’ve had the privilege of watching this family grow over the past several years and it was a pleasure spending time with them outdoors on a beautiful evening.
It’s always both the goal and the challenge to help families feel relaxed in front of my camera and I was reminded once again by two energetic young models that posing is sometimes overrated. We did a little of both, but I think we all had the most fun hanging out and watching the kids do what they do best: playing, running and imagining.
