Most people love to have their picture taken (a good one at least!).  I’ve been inspired for some time by the Help Portrait movement founded by celebrity photographer Jeremy Cowart.  So, for Mom’s Day we decided to take portraits of the kids/families/friends at our Mission Arlington apartment church.  We simply made the clubhouse into a makeshift studio and snapped anybody who wanted a picture.  The next week we delivered them to the moms and kids.  
It’s really difficult to take a bad picture when someone smiles into your camera lens.  The eager kids who helped with my test shots are probably the images that make me smile the most.  We will definitely be doing this again in the future, hopefully on an even larger scale.
