Mission Arlington – Mother’s Day Portraits

One of my favorite events we have each year at our Mission Arlington apartment church is Mothers Day portraits.

For about four years we have been setting up a makeshift portrait studio on Mothers Day and inviting residents to stop by and have their pictures made.

Singles, families and kids all stop by for their time in the “studio”. Sometimes Mom gets the whole family dressed up for the big day and other times the kids bring mom to church for her special portrait.  Some kids just have their picture made as a surprise gift for mom.

As always, we meet new people, have fun and give away a lot of prints.
