Switchfoot Concert | Venue 510 | Burleson TX

Recently, Switchfoot made its way back to the Dallas/Ft Worth area and performed two sold out shows at Venue 510 in Burleson, TX.  This time they brought with them a nice sampling from the 11 new songs they call, Fading West.

Given frontman Jon Foreman’s propensity for walking among the audience, Venue 510 might be the most ideal space in my area to watch a Switchfoot show.  A very intimate setting, there’s not a bad seat in the house due to its amphitheater style setup.

A year earlier I covered Switchfoot closing Spiritfest DFW to a massive stadium crowd at Globe Life Park in Arlington, TX.

I’ll say they were equally capable of rocking both venues and I hope my images show some of the fun theses guys have when they go to work at the office…

I’ve said it before…when I watch a Switchfoot show it makes me want to start a rock band with my buddies.
