Mac Powell Family Reunion Tour – Arlington Music Hall

I’m always excited to shoot Christmas concert tours when they come through the Dallas TX area.

Mac Powell and the Family Reunion Tour rolled through Arlington TX earlier this month and it was the perfect way to kick off my Christmas season.

Mac Powell of Third Day hasn’t missed a beat since retiring his band with a farewell tour earlier this year.  If you’re not familiar, Third Day sold 7 million albums in the United States and delivered 28 number one Christian radio hits over their twenty seven year history.

The next project for Mac has been The Family Reunion, a band of musician friends he’s been recording and performing with for the last couple of years.

Mac’s new flavor is a gospel/country/rock sound that reflects his southern roots.
